The Alliance of Dragons (AOD) is a competitive, tabletop-based social development program for teens and older children. Set in a simplified wargaming format, AOD supports flexible thinking, emotional regulation, and complex social decision-making—through strategic gameplay and shifting alliances.

Participants build their own fantasy armies, form and break alliances, and engage in evolving weekly battle scenarios. Each social challenge is embedded within the game, helping young people navigate negotiation, conflict, perspective-taking, and leadership in a fun, meaningful way.
